Processing and Delivery Time

Orders can take up to 7 working days once payment has been received.

Delivery time is dependent on what delivery option you chose (Please see below) 

What is your return/exchange policy?
All sales are final once dispatched.
Orders can be changed before dispatch but for items of the same price.

If items that are lost and delivery chosen was not Sign for, a claim will be placed 14 days after delivery due date. Once investigated by Royal Mail, KMWT Team will update you on the dispatch of your package. This can take up to 28 days

Items that are lost and delivery chosen was Sign for, a claim will be placed 14 days after delivery due date. A replacement will be sent out within 14 days

We do ship internationally, please check below for international rates. EU and United States/Canada

If your tracking number does not work do not worry, once sent you are insured.

£10 - Track & Sign Europe (7-10 working days)
